I’ve just finished redoing my kitchen with the help of Casey Frantz. While I’m sure that you know of his reputation for excellence, I wanted to add my compliments to the list of the many I’m sure you’ve received over the years.
I walked into the store based on the recommendation of a friend who’d purchased from D & K before. I was a dazed and confused customer, having stopped in a few appliance stores prior to D & K. Casey greeted me at the door and I am happy to say that within a matter of a few hours, I felt well educated and well taken care of. Casey listened to my needs, and helped to direct me towards what would work best for my home and my budget. During my 2nd visit to finalize the deal, he patiently went through all of the items again. He took a deeper dive into describing competitive brands and the pros/cons for each. After closing the sale, Casey patiently helped me to complete all of the manufacturer rebate forms and provided the duplicate receipts; which are always a pain in the neck to do after you get home. Casey communicated clearly, followed up in a timely fashion and had a great sense of humor to boot.
My appliances have all been delivered, and with the exception of the Zephyr hood, have been installed. (I anticipate that going up next week.) I’d had an issue with my Viking Double oven and your staff made an extra call to “suggest” to the Regional Sales Manager that he might be able to assist in the process of getting the replacement parts for the brand new oven. I’m pleased to say that this was completed yesterday.
So thanks to you Dan; for running a wonderful company, and for hiring true professionals like Casey who enhance the buying process. I entered D&K as a stranger, but feel like now I’m a friend of the house! And that’s all due to Casey Frantz.
I only have one question for you…….Why would anybody buy top quality appliances anywhere other than D & K?

Great prices, great selection
I recently decided to replace my oven because it was starting to go and wanted to get rid of it before any major problems occurred. I went to D&K Appliances with a budget in my head that I didn't want to go over and, luckily, they had a great selection in my price range. I was so pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back!

Top notch experience all around
The team at D&K have always treated us very well, for the last 10 years or so we have purchased all of our appliances from them and have recommended them to many others in the local area. They provide service that can't be touched by the bigger retail stores and their prices have always been very competitive. They have a wide selection and a brand new showroom to show you everything you could need. If you want to deal with down to earth people that treat you fairly then I would highly recommend stopping in to see the folks at D&K.

Top Notch! From beginning to end..our experience with D&K was superb! We were looking for a new GE dryer, ended up with a GREAT deal on a matching washer as well.Their prices were very very good! Unlike the other reviewer, our D&K salesman informed us of GE's 1st yr warranty policy and that beyond the 1st yr, & that D&K will gladly service/repair our new appliances. I'm glad we sought out a local, knowledgeable & friendly business. Thanks D&K!!
